We were able to take Ruslan, Yuri, and Alina to lunch today and spend a couple of hours with them. It has been fun starting to teach them some english words and phrases. They are catching on quickly, and even begin some phrases in english on their own. We are hoping to take them bowling in the next few days. They have never done that before.
Please pray that the documents will be signed soon, and that Valery will have safe travel back to Kiev to submit them.
We have created a journal for all of our friends and family to follow us on our adoption in Ukraine. We ask for your prayers as we go on an adventure of a lifetime and hopefully come home with a sister and brother for Elyse, Alex, and Addie and more children to love for us.

I've been out of touch for a while...just caught up on your blog, after reading your urgent email. I'm praying that the official isn't waiting for a bribe, and will be honorable and sign the documents RIGHT AWAY!
