Day 4 - Zenon's Thoughts

We are resting and packing and anxiously awaiting our midnight run to Ternopil. As I ponder the new additions to our family, I can't help to think what if its true, and we are crazy? The problem is, that when I say that, there is a resounding "yes" heard across the globe(to those of you that know me). I have been reminded over the last few months at how weak my faith can be. But I have also been strengthened in my faith through the body of believers that so embraces us and encourages us.

As to our wonderful three at home: Elyse, Alex, and Addie. You need to know that we love you very much. As a matter of fact, because of your personal faiths in Christ we have been encouraged and know how awsome you will be with your new brothers and sister. We will hopefully be able to post pictures soon.

There is a verse I've been keeping in my mind whenever some consider US "crazy" (we also already have 3). It's the words of Jesus from Luke chapter 7 in The Message:

John the Baptizer came fasting and you called him crazy. The Son of Man came feasting and you called him a lush. Opinion polls don't count for much, do they?

You are not crazy. You both are wonderful. Children are a blessing from God - hard work but a blessing. These children are what counts in this world, you two get "it" - what is important and lasting up in heaven. We are praying for you and love you. We can't wait to meet your new blessings!! Welcome children to the family! Love, Bart, Laurie, Emma, Abby and Charlotte Comstock

Zenon- I know you and Monique...take it from me, YOUR CRAZY!!!

God gave you guys the desire.
God closed the doors for adoption for over a year.
God enabled these three to be adopted this Spring.
God drew you to these three while trying to make the decision in Kiev.
If all of these things are true...then, let God continue to lead your family in the direction that will please Him.

Now just send us some pictures of our new nephews, niece, and for the boys cousins!!
